We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account subject to our terms below. This Policy applies only to products purchased directly from GRAF TECHNICAL AIR.
This Policy forms part of the GRAF TECHNICAL AIR Terms and Conditions, so words defined in the T&C’s have the same meaning in this Policy unless the context indicates otherwise. This Policy in no way is meant to limit your statutory rights in any way.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
We will accept EXCHANGES on the following conditions:
When we accept product for exchange, we will collect it from you and deliver the required item. If the requested item is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product less the costs within 14 – 21 days of return. This, also applies to products that are exchanged for a special deal. We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

Please note in the case of refund, we will refund to the payment method that you originally used eg credit card refunded to the same credit card and in the case of EFT’s a refund to your nominated bank account., within 14 – 21 working days from receipt and validation of return.
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us immediately of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the website.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your exchange, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product. All claims must be reported within 7 working days. Graf Technical Air reserves the right to reject any damage claim if the product was signed to be received in good condition.
Warranty is where the product is defective (defect in the manufacture or any characteristic of a product which affects the performance or the product) and not faults resulting
The following are not defects:
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality, but in any event within 12 months after delivery / collection of the product (except in the case of an extended warranty, which is set out below).
You can do so by logging a warranty claim request on our website or via email, and we will arrange to check the installed product if installed by Graf Technical Air, if not, we will require a detailed fault report from a registered technician. Once we have inspected the product and validated your warranty, we will submit the claim to the respective supplier. On approval of the claim by the supplier, we will arrange for your parts to be delivered to your supplied address. If the product was installed by Graf Technical Air, we will facilitate the replacement of the part, If parts are not available or the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product. Any claim outside the 12 month period will be for the customer’s account.
All labour charges for warranty claims on installations not executed by an approved Graf Technical Air installer will be for the customer’s account.
We reserve the right to reject a warranty claim if the installation was not executed by an approved Graf Technical Air installer.
